IGNOU Law Admission 2026-27: Admissions for the July 2026-27 session have opened for the IGNOU Law Program. Although online LLB course IGNOU does not offer degree-level law courses, it does offer specialised legal courses that are beneficial for students, professionals, and legal assistants. Certificate law courses must last at least 6 months, while diploma courses must last a year. To be eligible for a postgraduate diploma, candidates must typically be graduates in any field and possess a BPP from IGNOU for the certificate program, or a 10+2 or its equivalent. Depending on the course, IGNOU charges between ₹5,000 and ₹9,000 for legal education.
