Students must submit their assignments for each subject before the last date. Students who are going to pursue CTE from IGNOU are advised to submit their assignments before the last date of submission to avoid grade penalties. Assignments hold 30% weightage for final grades. Students who fail to submit their program assignments before the last date will not be able to take TEE and will also get penalised in their final grades. IGNOU Examination Pattern

After submitting the assignments, students can start to prepare for their term-end exams. IGNOU conducts term-end examinations twice a year, in June and December. Students need to perform well in the term-end examination and pass it. Term-end exams carry 70% weightage. Students are required to score 40% in both assignments and term-end examinations to pass the program.
